Anchor prices
Anchor prices, beside every service price. Croatian law asks for it from 1 October 2026. F9 prints it on your booking page as soon as you enter it.
Two Government decisions (NN 101/2026) require every price shown to a consumer to be accompanied by the price that applied to the same service on 10 September 2026 — in the salon, in advertising and on websites. Here is what that means for a salon, and what F9 does for you.
What the law asks for. Three things worth remembering before 1 October.
The price on 10 September 2026
The anchor price is a photograph of your prices on that day. It never moves again, however often you change the current price. Its official name is the additional price.
Even when it is identical
The anchor is shown even when it equals today's price. The Ministry of Economy says so explicitly — there is no exemption for a salon that never raised its prices.
Everywhere a price appears
The price list in the salon, leaflets, posters, digital advertising and websites — the online booking page included. Both prices in the same place, with no extra click.
The State Inspectorate supervises this. Under article 20 of the Zakon o iznimnim mjerama kontrole cijena a legal entity is fined €3,000.00 to €30,000.00, the responsible person in it €1,000.00 to €4,000.00, and a tradesperson (obrt) €1,000.00 to €20,000.00. This is not legal advice — for your own situation ask your accountant or the Ministry of Economy.
What F9 does. You enter the anchor once; the booking page prints it from then on.
On your booking page
Under "From €28.00" sits the price that applied on 10 September 2026, with that date. Once the client picks a professional, the exact anchor sits beside the exact price. It is printed whenever one has been entered — including when it equals today's price.
Services → Anchor prices
One list holding every price by level and every worker's own price. Each row has "Same as today" and "New since joining F9", a count of how many are entered, and one save for the whole list.
Never a guess
No anchor price is ever pre-filled. F9 did not see your price list before you joined, so it does not assume one — the anchor is your declaration, recorded with its date, its source and who entered it.
Every price change, with its date
From now on F9 records every price change — level prices, a worker's own price, packages, memberships and retail products — in a trail that is never pruned. It is the salon's own evidence of what it charged on a given day.
Anchor prices are on every plan, including the free trial. The page is shown to salons in Croatia; entering a price needs permission to manage services, and anyone with view-only access sees the list without changing it.
The other Croatian obligations, in one placeWhat F9 does not do yet. So you know what stays with you until 1 October.
Packages, memberships and products
The anchor price sits beside service prices for now — not beside the packages, memberships and retail products you sell in the salon. Those you still price and display as you do today.
A price list in .csv or .xml
A salon with a website must also publish its price list from 1 October in a format a computer can read, refreshed by 08:00 on the day of every price change. F9 has no such export — for now you prepare that file yourself.
Emails that quote a price
A package purchase or a changed booking does not carry the anchor in its email. That is a record of a purchase already made, not an offer at the point of sale or an advertisement.
Questions we get asked. Short answers, with nothing left out.
Try it before 1 October. Thirty days free, no card — long enough to get your prices and your anchors in place.
The free trial doesn't include checkout or fiscalisation.
