What's included
The things that usually cost extra elsewhere are simply part of F9.contact.
Pro+ adds full Croatian fiscalisation and invoicing — JIR, ZKI, the FINA QR code, the cash drawer, blagajnički maksimum, the dnevnik and JOPPD tip export — built into the platform, not a separate compliance subscription or a per-receipt fee. Pro covers everything else; add Pro+ when you need to invoice.
F9.contact does not skim a percentage of your sales. Your subscription is the price; what your clients pay you is yours.
Subscription renewals run on the platform's own scheduled jobs with a configurable grace window, so a single failed renewal never locks you out while retries play out.
