F9.contact is a single platform for personal-care businesses — hair salons, beauty salons, nail studios, cosmetology clinics and small polyclinics — to run booking, client records, fiscal compliance, staff scheduling, inventory and the point of sale.
Most salon software is built for one market and translated into others. We started from the opposite premise: Croatian fiscalisation, GDPR and EU e-signature law are designed into the core, not patched on. That is the difference between software that is available in the EU and software that was built for it.
Compliance is a first-class citizen
The obligations that define an EU personal-care business are part of the product, not a checklist we hope you handle yourself.
Every invoice is fiscalised through FINA with a JIR, a ZKI and a scannable QR code. The cash drawer covers blagajnički maksimum, the Odluka, the dnevnik blagajne and JOPPD tip export — built to the letter of Croatian law.
Personal data is encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys, and customers exercise their own rights from the portal — data portability under Article 20 and erasure under Article 17, the latter via cryptographic key destruction after a cooling-off period.
Consent forms and clinical consultations are signed as simple electronic signatures under eIDAS and sealed with an HMAC, so each record is immutable and independently re-verifiable for legal review.
