F9.contact is one system for hair salons, beauty salons, nail studios, cosmetology clinics and small polyclinics to run bookings, client records, staff scheduling and inventory, and on Pro+ the checkout with Croatian fiscal receipts.
Most salon software is built for one market and translated for the rest. We started from the everyday work of a salon in Croatia: bookings, client records and the till, in Croatian and English, with Croatian fiscal rules and GDPR handled inside the product rather than left to you.

Croatian fiscalisation (Pro+)
On Pro+, receipts are fiscalised automatically with the Tax Administration (Porezna uprava): ZKI, JIR and QR code. You bring your own FINA certificate. The cash book covers the blagajnički maksimum, the Odluka, the daily cash journal and the JOPPD tip export.
GDPR without paperwork
Client data is encrypted with a key unique to your business. Clients download or erase their own data from their portal. When a client asks to be forgotten, their identity is erased after a 30-day cooling-off period; your treatment records follow your retention policy.
Signed consents
Consent forms and intake questionnaires are signed on the client's phone or your tablet. Each signature keeps the exact text the client agreed to, sealed in a PDF record, so you can always show what was signed and when.
